Arizona

Two weeks until my mother and I leave for Arizona! I'll be getting treatment at Envita Medical Center for 8 weeks while I'm there. I will try to update almost everyday. Prayers will be extremely encouraged.

My first prayer request is the flight down there. My body doesn't do well sitting up, it hurts very badly. I will be in a small space where it will be almost impossible to get comfortable. Also, I now get motion sickness so I will probably be very nauseous. Third, I have developed anxiety about flying (I used to love it). So hopefully with the help of your prayers and many drugs I will be able to get through it!

Cards and Packages

Almost everyday I recieve a card from somewhere in the world from someone who cares about me. It reminds me that I'm not alone. That even though all my friends have abandoned me, these people haven't! Thank you so much to everyone who has ever sent me a card or package. I appreciate them so much!

Growing out my hair!

This past summer I chopped off my long hair for something easier to take care of. Now I think I'm ready to grow it out again! I know lots of people struggle with this so I thought I would post about it on my blog! I'll post monthly progress pictures, products I use, and other tips.
Here is my starting point!

Now here are the products I'll be using to help my hair grow (I'll explain how and when later in the post) (I'll also add products when I find them with my monthly progress pictures)

1. Biotin

2. Scalp Massager

3. Coconut oil

4. Water!
5. Moroccan oil

6. Peppermint essential oil

7. Argan oil

My plain for hair growth:

- Take biotin, fish oil, and a multivitamin daily

- Daily scalp massage

- Mask of peppermint oil (on scalp), argan oil (on ends), Moroccan oil, and coconut oil once a week. Put on 15 minutes before shower

- Use argan oil on ends of hair on damp hair.

- Massage peppermint oil and coconut oil on scalp before every shower

- Drink LOTS of water

- No blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, tight ponytails or braids.

Lush

I honestly don't think you could find a bigger lush fan than me... I wish I could buy the whole store! Their bath bombs make me so happy! I haven't found a product that I haven't liked. Tonight I used this bath bomb to help me relax before my spinal tap tomorrow. The water started out pink, then purple, then a beautiful purple. It was so fun to watch! I'm sure I'll be posting more about the ones I use.
