Power of Us Lyme campaign

I am officially a Lyme Ambassador! If you would like to help me out, you can do so in three different ways! The first one is just by clicking on the link below! You'll be taken to a website where you can learn more about Lyme disease and what you can do to help! Each time you click on the link I get a point! Which goes towards cool lyme prizes :)

The second way you can help is by donating! What will your money go towards? 71% of it will go to training physicians (we need more lyme-educated doctors!), 20% will be a LymeTap donation (to provide assistance for initial Lyme-related lab tests to patients who demonstrate financial needs), 3% will go to administration, and 6% will go to community outreach! Another cool thing is, however much you donate, half of it I recieve in points!  The link to donate is below!

The third thing you can do is become a Social Ambassador yourself! This means you can do all the cool things I am doing! Spread awareness to Chronic Lyme disease, educate people, raise funds, recieve prices, etc :) now why do I care if you become an ambassador? Because whenever you get a donation, I also get points!
