Future Nurse right hereeee :)

Soooo as most of you know by now, I'm going to be a nurse! This past month however I've definitely started preparing more, since I've applied for a nursing camp and am getting my CNA this summer, here are some pics of my awesome scrubs, shoes, books, etc!! :)

Prom 2013 <3

This past Saturday night was my school's prom! :) I took a friend from church as my "date" (; and met up with friends at the dance. I had sooooo much fun! Dancing most of the night and enjoying karaoke and breakfast at after-prom! Thanks to my shot of tordol (for pain), I was able to last till 1 a.m! Much better then my experience at homecoming this year, where I had to leave early during the dance, not fun! I am so happy that I was able to have so much fun! :) and the aftermath wasn't too bad, not any pain I couldn't handle ;)

Today when I woke up and looked at my page views it read 2,016!!! Thank you so much guys! I couldn't have done it without you! You have no idea how happy it makes me knowing people are reading my blog and hopefully getting inspired or becoming more aware about Lyme disease or are just interested in my life! Thank you guys!(: now let's see if we can get to 3,000!!

Prayer Request

I applied to be in a nursing camp this summer. It's from June 1- July 19th, we learn math,science, reading, and writing skills, public speaking skills, research skills, ACT prep, study, and test taking solutions. We also visit different medical facilities on Fridays! And of course different nursing skills! I am really enthusiastic about my future in nursing and of course REALLY want to get into this program. Please pray I get into it!! (:

Yes I am!

On May 11 my mom and I (and possibly my dad, older brother, and little sister) are going to be walking in the Run like a Mother 4 mile run/walk!!! Crazy! My mom and I have been trying to go on walks to help build my stamina/strength, we bring the wheelchair along and I switch back and forth. I am so happy to start being able to work out again and it's also helped so much just getting outside! I'm so excited for the walk and I hope I'm not in toooo much pain afterward(;

P.S. thank you mom for pushing me up all the hills (;

Signed up/paid for and got my book for the CNA class I'm taking this summer! So excited :D

Easter

Yesterday was Easter and it was a pretty fun day! We went to out church, then went out for lunch with my mom's side of the family. Afterward some people went back to our house and colored eggs ( I took a nap :P)
