On May 11 my mom and I (and possibly my dad, older brother, and little sister) are going to be walking in the Run like a Mother 4 mile run/walk!!! Crazy! My mom and I have been trying to go on walks to help build my stamina/strength, we bring the wheelchair along and I switch back and forth. I am so happy to start being able to work out again and it's also helped so much just getting outside! I'm so excited for the walk and I hope I'm not in toooo much pain afterward(;
P.S. thank you mom for pushing me up all the hills (;

ReplyDeleteAs a fellow Lymie, I'm trying to start exercising more too, as it feels so good to be moving again, but as you know it's hard and it's painful!

Thank you! And yes I definitely do know! I keep hoping that my body will get stronger and i won't hurt so much after I exercise or go out, some day!
